Delectable desserts 😋 - Edit
Their desserts are amazing. Save room for dessert when out and the GingerSnap stall is there. Had the Biscoff cheesecake at the Big Vegan Market, my only regret was not going back for second dessert. Has a large number of gluten free options too.

Perfection - Edit
I've been a huge fan of the coffee & chocolate opera since I first tried it, with it's light and fluffy sponge layered with chocolate cream, coffee, and shards of chocolate that tastes between milk and dark.
Read moreWell today I decided on a whim to also try their salted caramel and chocolate tart, and WOW. I usually hate salted caramel, but this tart, with it's crispy biscuit base, gooey caramel (that didn't taste salted to me), and chocolate mousse-like swirl was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION.
I would love to try the Blackforest cake one day.
Pros: Coffee and chocolate opera, Salted caramel and chocolate tart

outstanding - Edit
I was so excited to see their menu online and finally made it to their pop-up on the weekend. I tried 4 for $35. I love chocolate but the fruity options were my favourites here. The strawberry and lemon opera cake was really fresh and tangy, balanced with a lovely light sponge. The passionfruit and white chocolate rocher actually blew my mind! From the crunchy biscuit base, to the crisp white chocolate shell and the fluffy passionfruit mousse filling, the textural variation was incredible! I was in heaven!

Wow. Just Wow. - Edit
From the beautiful presentation of each sweet to the texture and taste - it definitely is a wow from me!
Read moreVisited the pop up shop this weekend and joined many others in not being able to chose 'just one'. Each dessert looked so amazing; from the coffee chocolate opera and carmel chocolate tart to the Raspberry Entremet and the beautifully round rochers....so I bought four.
Each one was amazing!! Great textures and flavours, and just so special.
If you have the opportunity to, please go get some, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing cakes and great motto - Edit
They had a pop up and I couldn’t get there quickly enough! I bought all 4 of the cakes they had and I might have eaten 3 already (I was sharing) the presentation is incredible and they taste even more amazing. The staff were lovely and as it is in the area where I lived, I asked if they would be open regularly. They plan to do pop ups and hopefully other events.
