Has Vegan Menu! - Edit
I came here for some phô with friends figuring I would find something on the menu, being LA. Turns out they have a whole vegan menu! The phô was great and I saw that they had bahn mi and knew that I’d have to come back. I did and will come back again too. Everything I had was great. Bahn mi was spicy and came with great taro fries.

Green Papaya Salad, Lemongrass Tofu Bahn Mi FTW - Edit
Leave the aioli off the bahn mi and there’s still plenty to enjoy- warm lemongrass tofu, jalapeño, cilantro, carrots on a perfect French roll-

Super fresh - Edit
Ginger grass has really fresh vegetables and the food is really well prepared. Vegetables are not overcooked like they are in many places. We got the pho Vegan and the Bun bowl vegan. N great prices on beer and wine. Very enjoyable and sweet server.

Noodles and wine - Edit
On a sunny afternoon, I sipped chilled Sauvignon Blanc and slurped noodles with a couple coworkers for lunch at an outdoor table. I ordered the Bun Noodle Bowl, a wooden bowl filled with with vermicelli rice noodles, red leaf lettuce, herbs, cucumbers, bean sprouts, pickled root vegetables, nuoc cham, peanuts and crispy tofu cubes. It was a wonderful marriage of tastes and textures.

Delicious food. Good wine. Friendly staff. - Edit
Decent vegan selection. Amazing wine selection. Lots of outdoor seating! It’s a cute local spot that’s been around for ages. Gingergrass tofu is my favorite. All of the veg sides are good. I like the kale best. Wish they had a vegan menu. They have a gluten free menu.
