Little restaurant tucked away in one of the side streets of central Sapa. Offers several vegan options (subject to change), such as oat porridge, oat pancakes, smoothie bowls, pumpkin soup, tempeh baguette, black bean burger. Dishes and drinks with cow's milk can be replaced with nut milk. Hours are reported to be unreliable, check ahead. Confirmed permanently closed April 2022.

Best Vegan Food I've Ever Had - Edit
I cant say just how wonderfully surprised I was to find the best vegan food around in the remote town of Sapa in the mountainous region of Northern Vietnam. Ginger Home as fate would have it was located just up the alley way from our air bnb.
Read moreEVERY SINGLE THING I ATE HERE WAS ASTOUNDINGLY GOOD. Im from Vancouver and have been to plenty of vegan restaurants but I would take this mans dishes over all of them. What an amazing job he's done working on his recipes. Smoothies, breakfast, lunch and dinner were all incredible. My friend agreed as well. He said the tea and food were impeccable.
The food was so good here that I ate too much. I found it hard to leave Sapa knowing I wouldn't be able to come here all the time anymore but I hope to one day return and hope he still has this little place operating! Great service and what a friendly guy.
I must say you should definitely give this guy a visit when in Sapa, especially if you're vegan! I hope he reads this and forgives me for waiting 4 months to post the review! I hope to see you again my friend some day down the road, perhaps when you least expect it!
:)

Try this place! - Edit
We came here for breakfast and definitely enjoyed it. The food was good, we had tempeh stir fry with vegetables and stired noodles with vegetables- both very tasty! Vietnamese coffee and hot chocolate were good- you can substitute nut milk instead of cow milk. The owner was very friendly and she spoke English.

Lovely small place with lots of great vegan and vegetarian options - Edit
Having visited three times on the journey to Sapa, the owner is very friendly and kind, the menu is great for vegetarian and vegan options. Zucchini pancakes, vegan curry, stir-fried noodles with tofu, tempeh sandwiches are what I have been provided. All delicious and delicious. Almond milk and cashew milk have been used by him for all drinks, even tempeh sandwiches are made with fresh cashew nut sauce. A great place to recommend to everyone.

Disappointing - Edit
Food was really disappointing. I was hoping for this place to be so good just as the reviews say! I had the chocolate porridge which was okayish, but the taste a little bit too much of the same. Golden milk tasted a little ‘fake’ (no real tumeric) and the oat pancakes were just a joke. It was a soft mess once cut didn’t even look like a pancake. Above all expensive! I feel really sorry because I wanted this place to be good!

Vegan friendly - Edit
When we arrive the first question of the owner was if we are vegan. This was so nice that he is aware of it and every dish which has egg inside is also available without (it written in the menu 😍). The whole concept of the restaurant is based on healthiness and vegan/vegetarian cuisine.
Read moreWe had pinnacle rice, a green pea curry, a small salad with red cabbage and carrots and a banana-passionfruit-smoothie. All was simple, but good. We enjoyed our lunch and paid 220k Dong (around 9€) for two persons.
We will come again to try the tempeh sandwich and the pancakes 😋
