Good food and great service! - Edit
First off the rice and beans are vegetarian…hurray for that! Second the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about the vegan options. The vegan options are clearly labeled on the menu too. You can sub nopales or squash for the meat in pretty much any menu item (torta, bowl, tacos, burrito). You just have to omit the cheese and sour cream as they didn’t have vegan options for that…I personally didn’t miss it with the guacamole. I had the bowl with the nopales and it was pretty good although the nopales themselves didn’t have much flavor, but luckily the rest of the ingredients in the bowl more than made up for that. The chips were a little greasier than I like but the salsa was legit…reminded me of Chevy’s salsa. I would 100% go back but would probably try the squash next time.
