Vegan meal delivery service with branches around Australia. Offers organic, oil free, and gluten free savory meals as well as sweets. See website for menu.
Nice food, mostly, but delivery and customer service are extremely poor - Edit
The meals are healthy and fresh and you can to order nuts and a fruit and vegetable box. Unfortunately the seals on meal containers are often damaged so I've received meals that had leaked out and had to be discarded on delivery. Also meal boxes have been dumped out the front of my unit complex on the footpath instead of being delivered to my front door in first floor. I am an NDIS recipient and Garden of Vegan offer a service where the client pays a portion of meals and the invoice for the remainder is forwarded to an NDIS fund manager, if you're a plan managed client. However, Garden of Vegan sometimes forget to forward invoices for the remainder of the order to the NDIS so it can take weeks to receive meals. I followed up five times, chasing up one order, and I am still waiting for delivery, which will be over six weeks since I paid my portion. It has been impossible to talk to their client service officers about this as no one rings back. This is a very poor and frustrating service for those who live with disabilities and rely on meals being delivered. A shame as some of their food is tasty and fruit and vegetables are fresh and varied.
