Salad was outstanding and one of the best I have ever had. Toasted seeds and herbs like mint and dill on lettuce and greens with roasted Aubergine and vegan feta with a hint of coconut
Dressing was unique! Can’t really tell what was in there - delightful though. Miso and a bit of chili and soy?
