Plant based items

After walking for 40 min, checkin out menus and asking questions we stumbled upon this place with a plant based section.
The place is fancy and rustic, lots of stairs and kind of fast-food ordering dynamic (you order and pay at the register and they give you a number).
The food was tasty but some ingredients were missing. Beside the 5 plant based item, there’s other options as salads and veggie sliders but in a brioche bun. They do have other breads but we didn’t ask if we could customize the sliders.
Big wine selection, only a couple of beers to choose from.
