Hands down the best Chinese take away for vegans in Leeds. So much choice. If you can't see the vegan menu with their take out ones, check the restaurant ones - I found it there.

Delicious food and excellent service - Edit
Wonderful experience here. There is a separate vegan menu and even a gluten free veggie menu too. A wideThe Szechuan sauce was the best I’ve ever eaten! There is a wide choice of noodles to choose from, tons of starters, mains. Fantastic. Great cocktails. Pudding was only a mango sorbet or bowl of lychees, that’s the only negative.

A delicious treat, every time - Edit
It’s not often that a restaurant that predominantly serves omni food takes the stress out of eating when you’re a vegan, but g-wu really are great for it. They’ve had a fully vegan menu (include satay style chicken/salt and pepper fish/prawn toast etc) for years and my goodness is it good!!
Read moreI’ve had it as takeaway but also eaten in a few times and every time it has been amazing service and brilliant food.
Pros: Loads of vegan options, Really professional and knowledgable staff, Food you can’t get elsewhere
Cons: Sufficiently prices for a fancy Chinese (££)

So impressive! *5-star if Happy Cow allowed it* - Edit
This place is an all-time favourite of mine, they make their very own vegan chicken (I always opt for chicken, but they make v prawns, v fish and v duck too)
Read moreThe v chicken satay skewers are actually perfect. Generous portions.
Service is always excellent aswell as the atmosphere.
They serve meat so it can also be a favourite for your omni friends and a good place for them to try tasty vegan things, potentially opening their minds towards it!

Delicious foood - Edit
This Chinese restaurant has a separate vegan menu which is extensive. So far, I've tried the veg spring rolls, "chicken" satay skewers, salt and pepper "fish", tofu and chips, "chicken" curry and Singapore noodles. All were absolutely delicious! Extra points to the salt & pepper "fish" for being obscenely delicious. Not super cheap but well worth it (although the beer isn't too pricey for a restaurant). Booking is recommended as they're often busy.

Cons: not fully vegan, often need to book
