Das schöne Restaurant fanden wir überbewertet und konnte die hohen Erwartungen nicht erfüllen, obwohl es einen Michelin-Stern trägt. Beim Degu-Menu fehlte der erwartete "Wow-Effekt". Der Service entsprach nicht dem Standard eines Michelin-Restaurants, da er teilweise unaufmerksam war (Wein mussten wir meistens selbst einschenken) und der Tisch nicht ordnungsgemäß abgeräumt wurde. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war, dass trotz einer expliziten Erwähnung auf kein Fleisch, Geflügel serviert wurde -> Inakzeptabel!

My highest praise for the mind blowing culinary experience Fusion19 offers for vegans, even more so because very few venues with a Michelin star are willing or able to do so.
Read moreEach stage, step, bite and preparation (a total of 127!) is lovingly presented as small artworks that altogether take you on a sensory and emotional journey which probably will leave you blissful and amazed.
The setting is charming and the whole staff is kind and knowledgeable. A must visit and a return to place!

A Special Experience - Edit
I went here with five friends as a special treat on our holiday. Although there was no information about vegan or vegetarian options on their website, I contacted the restaurant on Instagram and they confirmed they could cater to any dietary needs. After I made the reservation, someone called me to discuss exactly what we could and couldn’t eat. On the night, they couldn’t have been any more accommodating. They explained they’d spent a lot of time that day creating the alternative dishes from the taster menu we’d selected to ensure we had the same experience as everyone else.
