Excellent vegan menu - Edit
It's always nice to find places with dedicated vegan/vegetarian menus. At Fusion one entire side of the menu is vegan. I'm sure you can customize dishes from the other side but we didn't bother even looking at it.
Read moreWe got the spring rolls, cream cheese wontons, beef pho, and ham and chicken banh mi. All of it was super tasty and also the first time I'd had some of these dishes since going vegan.
The ambiance is a bit particular (seems to be a lot of regulars at the bar), but the service was friendly and attentive. I'd definitely return.

One of my go-to vegan spots in Riverside it's quaint and out of the way. Garlic Edamame, Vegan chicken pho, fried tofu, and vegan fried rice are all great options. The staff is great and the owner is awesome!

I order the seafood pho and beef and protein banh MI. It was so delicious 😋 I'll post photos if I can figure it out. 😁 Oh yeah they also let me taste their vegan ham and, wow taste just like ham!

We got vegan egg rolls, vegan ham and chicken bah mi and the beef pho. The waitress was very attentive and made a bomb spicy watermelon margarita. The sandwich was dry but the vegan ham was amazing. Not much vegan chicken though. As the pho was good. Not the best vegan pho I’ve had but I’d have it again. There was only beef balls but no other pieces of beef like the menu said. I’d try others things there too.

We went to dinner at Fusion and it was amazing! I had the Pho Seafood dish. It had vegan shrimp, fish balls, and squid. It was piping hot, fresh, and had plenty of noodles and seafood! 🤤 My partner had a non-vegan sandwich and he thought it was delicious too. The only downside is it's super small restaurant, so it was packed.

Dedicated VEGAN Menu!!! - Edit
Excellent service. Food comes out fast. DELICIOUS too. Quaint for lunch, quiet and romantic for dinner but not fancy! You need to try, won't be disappointed! To Go available. They used to have just a couple choices but now... WOW. Prices are from cheap to medium. Full bar.
