My husband and my first experience with sushi and we really enjoyed it! We both got the roasted tofu roll, and got a 3 pack of veggie gyoza to share (note: the gyoza does share a fryer with non vegan items, if that’s something that will bother you.) We also got the mango mint lemonade to share. Everything was delicious. We only spent a little over $17 for all that, which seemed really reasonable. At the beginning we told them we were vegan, and they were great about changing their gloves, and using different vegan specific items to make the rolls on. (Edit: I just realized, I think they were having a July 4th weekend bogo sale on rolls, so that may be part of why it seemed extra cheap)

I love that FUSIAN takes the time to make sure that your meal is made vegan! They use separate equipment to make your roll or bowl to make sure there’s no contamination with their meat ingredients. I love making my own roll with tofu and veggies! If you want something a little more filling, go with the rice bowl!

I had never had sushi before until I got it here and it was so good!! I ordered two different tofu rolls off the menu - the roasted tofu roll & tofu thai crunch roll. Both were outstanding! I can’t wait to come back!

LOVE Fusian!! It’s a Chipotle-style build your own sushi place. They also have bowls, soups and some appetizers. Vegan options clearly marked. The staff is knowledgeable about what’s vegan, and if you say you need vegan they always ask you if you’d like your sushi hand-cut (to avoid meat/fish contamination with the sushi cutter). 10/10 recommend! 👍🏼 #Veganuary

Rolls are easy vegan and everything is well labeled. They have a tofu or mushroom base. Tofu is great. Mushrooms are just okay. Bowls can be vegan too. It's just really good too. Rolls are big.
