Address: 大阪府箕面市箕面6-1-21. Mostly exclusively vegan, Fushimiya manufactures various products made of soya beans, and tofu and konyaku in the traditional way. They boast a 100+ year history and do not use any artificial ingredients. The soy milk and desserts are definitely a must-try. The shop next to Minoh station is the only branch shop and should not to be confused with the headquarters of Fushimiya in Ibaraki-shi, Kyoto (〒567-0818 大阪府茨木市本町1-4 TEL：080-9454-0385). Open Mon-Sun 9:30am-7:00pm.

Very delicious yuba sashimi (tofu skin), very friendly owner - Edit
The owner was very friendly. By 3 p.m., most of the products were sold out, so we bought the Yuba Sashimi (tofu skin), which was delicious. The owner asked if we wanted to eat it right away and provided us with soy sauce, wasabi, and chopsticks. After eating, we went back to buy some more to take away. He then followed us and gave us an additional bag and some ice to keep it fresh on the way home.

Small groceries store not far from Minoo Waterfall - Edit
If you are in the area of Mino just go here. They have amazing soy based products. We fell in love with soy pudding, tofu, soy milk and the other products. In the day that we went there they had also vegetarian sushi for take away (with egg inside). We would definitely go again.
