Excellente cuisine - Edit
Le choix pour les végétariens, une cuisine délicate et très fraîche. Pour les vegans il y a le tofu et les plats de légumes. Tout est très bon.

Perfect service and delicious food - Edit
The owner is actually a well known guy. He used to have restaurants in BKK and is now settling down in a quiet town. He is SOO friendly! For me the eggplant was amazing. A sweet surprise, which I had never had before. They offer the standard vegan options, but if you explain what you will and will not eat, they are more than happy to comply and whip some sushi up for you. Highly recommended.

Cons: Pricy (like all japanese restaurants)

Good food, nice owners - Edit
In a town that can be hard to eat at, this place has some delish vegan options. The owner and his wife speak english, and once I explained what vegan means, they made some great food for me!!!

Seaweed salad
Asparagus roll (no cheese)
Pickled raddish roll
Tofu steak (requested vegan topping)
All very good. Will have to go back to try the fried eggplant, which the owner recommended.
