Pretty good - Edit
I was originally planning to go to Happy Mom Kitchen around the corner, but I didn’t check their LINE account notebook beforehand to confirm whether they’d be open for lunch. (They weren’t.) So I went to Fuyuan around the corner and ordered a kung pao lion’s mane mushroom dish (NT$80) with multigrain rice (NT$10 upgrade). They were happy to put it in the glass container that I brought and skip giving me disposable utensils. It came with a nice variety of vegetables and a light soup.
Read moreI wish their menu were clearer about which items are not vegan, but they were willing to point me away from the ones that aren’t.
Pros: fast service, many vegan options, fairly healthy
Cons: no English menu, non-vegan items not clearly indicated
