Delicious food - Edit
I visited this restaurant approximately two weeks ago. I tried the Panchito Chikin Burger. It was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I also had the piña colada. It was pretty tasty and big. The staff were really friendly. The facilities are cozy and big. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for yummy vegan food in the Bayamón area.

💯 the #1 vegan spot in PR - Edit
Everytime I come to PR I need to make it out to Frescura. I can't say I've ever had anything bad here and I've ordered at least 80% of the menu. The standouts are definitely the frappes and other caffeinated drinks.
Read moreI've had so many renditions of their plate of the day that it's hard to pick which one is my favorite. The 50g protein salad was something new I tried and it was delicious but too much for one sitting.
Their desserts are changing weekly as well but you can't go wrong with any dessert. Please support this place!!

This was the best food I’ve had in Puerto Rico so far. Everything was so fresh and flavorful I’d give it more stars if possible. A must stop whether you’re vegan or carnivore.

Amazing Vegan Food - Edit
It’s tough to find good vegan food in Puerto Rico. Frescura is not just the best vegan food I’ve eaten here, but hands down the best food I’ve eaten at a restaurant ever. Every bite is packed with flavor and it’s healthy without being “crunchy granola” healthy. The atmosphere is also great but the service is FANTASTIC. YOU MUST GO.

We have eaten vegan food all over the world. The US, Germany, France, Japan… To name a few. This is absolutely the best vegan food I’ve ever had. No joke. You won’t be disappointed.

Empezando por el cafecito (que me lo tomé antes de la comida) estuvo tan rico, súper espumoso con la leche de soya.

Luego me fui con el 🍰bizcochito con "Nocciolata" (sabor 'nutella' pero vegana)
Me gustó su textura suavecita, blandita. Su sabor a chocolate fue interesante, fue distinto a otros bizcochos de chocolate veganos que he probado antes.
Esta fue mi 2nda visita y honestamente le doy 5⭐️ por todo: comida, servicio y atmósfera/ambiente.
Si piensas darle un review de 1 estrella a la comida... 😅URGENTE vé al doctor... TIENES COVID, porque perdiste el sentido del gusto🤭 jaja jk! 💪🏽🤤👌🏽

Fantastic staff and a slew of food options. The menu is not in English but staff is available to help and their are plenty of pictures. The food was outstanding and we kept ordering more. The tres leches was the best I’ve ever had.

We’ve heard of this place for a long time, but finally went and was not disappointed. The food taste is awesome and they serve a generous portion, enough to make you happy. I’m vegan for more than 6 years and we love to try new places. But this one really hit it out of the park! ⚾️
