Brioche - Edit
The menu lists beyond burger with pepper jack cheese, sriracha aioli, on a brioche bun. Unfortunately, none of these are vegan, so would have to be removed or substituted. Their plant-based sandwich specials are also sometimes on brioche. Again, vegans should ask for a substitute as brioche is made with both milk and eggs.
