No real options - Edit
Went here with the intention of enjoying the vegan pies we had read about.
Read moreReviews had said to ask specifically for the vegan pies. I asked for the menu with the vegan pies but was given the normal menu.
I asked another member of staff for the vegan menu, believing that the first had misunderstood me but was again directed to the normal menu. When I asked specifically about vegan options, she was unsure and had to go ask.
When she returned, she told us that they didn’t have any specific but things could be adapted.
Looking the menu, however, there wasn’t actually anything there could be ‘adapted’ and it was a fool’s errand.
The staff were friendly enough but don’t waste your time going here for vegan food.

Stopped in here after my morning walk. The coffee was some of the best I’ve had anywhere - as good if not better than my favourites in Melbourne! Service was really friendly and quick, even though it was pretty busy. Couldn’t resist some of the raw vegan treats in the cabinet. I get pretty tired of the nut, date, and coconut overload in most raw slices but these looked next level, and they were! I got a peanut butter and caramel slice with a light nutty base, coated in rich, smooth dark chocolate. The peanut butter layer was really fluffy, almost like a mousse. Got my partner the raspberry wagon wheel and he raved about it too. Dunno who supplied them but I want more! They also said they have a full breakfast menu with vegan options if I wanted to sit in. Didn’t have time that day but would definitely go back.

Lovely place sitting right opposite the beach. There was no obvious vegan options on the permanent menu so I asked and the waitress had a seperate list of vegan pies available that day, I think about 10 to choose from. I had the ‘funky chunky’ and it was delicious. I also asked for a banana smoothie on oat milk and she knew to confirm to replace the honey with maple, which boosted my confidence in this place. I will be going back and would recommend this place for smoothies, vegan pies, nice views and lovely, respectful staff.

Ask for the vegan pie menu. We had a choice of 5 different vegan pies. They use organic products. Really friendly service which saved us in the vegan desert.

Great food and service. Vegan and gluten-free options. We had vegan gf lasagne and a satay vegan gf pie. There were about ten different vegan pie options and 3 were gluten free. Really enjoyed it 😁
