Nice to have options

A simple but strong vegan menu, with every standard chippy item having a vegan equivalent, and the prices weren’t bad either! £6.50 for a battered sausage, chips and mushy peas is very very reasonable. Clearly popular too as there were plenty of people waiting for orders. Would recommend

Great Vegan Options

At the seaside, vegan fish and chips are a rare thing. Everything is done fresh and the chips are lovely. They make sure there is no cross-contamination. Battered sausage was my fave and the curry sauce with chicken nuggets dipped in were amazing. The battered fish was okay (the mushy type of vegan fish, so...) Overall, for an omni place, I still felt seen.

Went back the next day for a burger...turns out it was a vegan chicken burger!(had to check with my partner that it wasn't actual chicken) at Fred's Fish and Chips in Littlehampton

Great vegan options

I had chips and vegan nuggets. It was good will return to try more the vegan options. Sat on the riverside benches. Delightful.

Pros: Good vegan options , Everything cooked fresh

Cons: Expect a short wait as everything is cooked fresh

So nice

Had lovely battered vegan sausage and vegan chips today and sat in the little restaurant. Was really nice, and really reasonable.

Pros: Vegan options , Price , Somewhere to sit in

Tasty vegan fish and chips

Fred's has a good vegan menu; enjoyed the vegan fish fillets, chips and mushy peas

Pros: Good vegan selection, Friendly staff, Reasonable prices

Ate here a few years ago when the vegan menu was relatively new. All tasty and inexpensive, just what you want when you go a chippy!
