OMGGGG

Hey y’all! I’m gonna start by saying that Ms. Bridget is the absolute sweetest person on the planet, and you can taste all the love she has in her amazing sandwiches. She is actually the best, most talented, and most hardworking chef I know. I work as a vendor right next door to her, and I see her beautiful work ethic (and smell her yummy food) every weekend. On this particular day, I got the Turkey and Garlic sandwich, with the Freakie Bang Bang Sauce. As always, Ms. Bridget ate and left absolutely no crumbs. Her cooking is so insanely good that it genuinely puts every restaurant I’ve eaten at to shame. I’m going to add that I’m not vegan, nor do I like vegan food. I’m a huge meat lover, and when my friend told me to try Freakie Vegan, I was a bit hesitant. First bite instantly got me hooked. For my fellow meat eaters out there, trust me, it does not taste like boring vegan food. Ms. Bridget makes everything in house, she makes the meat herself and seasons it perfectly. I love her and everyone who works at Freakie Vegan so much. Go check them out because you haven’t lived if you haven’t had Ms. Bridget’s food.

Excellent sandwiches

I got a shaved brisket sandwich and also had half a mushroom sandwich. Both were great. Really flavorful. Loved the thin cut seitan. They didn’t have any sweets at the time unfortunately.

Good food

Good food, but only open on Saturday at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market.

Pros: Variety, Tasty, Friendly

Cons: Only on Saturdays, Everything I've had is good.
