Interesting flavors and menu items but unfortunately not many options for vegans. I ordered via Uber eats and the portions were quite small, however very tasty.

My family and I are visiting Costa Rica, and I am the only vegan. We stumbled upon Franco, and we're all quite impressed! Veg menu items are all marked which was nice. Unfortunately, they didn't have too many vegan items on the breakfast menu, but they were able to do avocado toast for me which was lovely! My partner had a vegetarian dish, the chia pudding which he loved. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.

Visiting CR from USA… Franco was a godsend - Edit
Thank you Franco! Delicious vegan options, plant based milk, well labeled menu… in English! Soon as we sat down, they brought ice water, servers spoke English, and the atmosphere was hip and welcoming. Would give 5 stars if I could!

I only wanted a small lunch so opted for the veggie tacos which came with mushrooms, tomatoes, kale and palm hearts. They were tasty and I felt like I'd eaten some very nourishing food, but it was quite expensive for a small portion.

I had the vegan "madre quinoa" salad. It was delicious. It had quinoa, avocado, cooked mushrooms and tomatoes. There are several vegan options. The menu indicates which dishes are vegan, Gluten-free and vegetarian.

Very nice place for coffee and breakfast. The menu contains vegan and vegetarian items. I had the pancake stack (vegan & gluten-free). It was flavorful and very tasty. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the space has a beautiful interior design and a terrace.
