Serves meat, vegan options available. UK chain of pizzerias est. 1986 in Brixton Market as a stand alone shop by Franco who later sold the business to his friends who named the shop "Franco Manca" (Italian for “Franco is missing”) as an homage to the founder. Makes sourdough pizza from slow-rising dough, which are baked in a wood-fired oven. One pizza is vegan by default; may pay for additional toppings such as spinach, artichokes, and plant-based cheese. Also has rotating vegan specials. Other vegan menu items are olives, pizza bread, and dessert sorbet. Open Mon-Thu 12:00-22:00, Fri-Sat 12:00-23:00, Sun 12:00-22:00.

Limited options, but great pizza! - Edit
They provide a marinara pizza base (basically regular pizza without cheese) to which you can add any vegetable toppings they have available, and vegan cheese is also an option. Each topping you add costs extra, but the base itself is not very expensive.

So delicious - Edit
Amazing! Such a good dough and sauce. Very traditional and so cheap! They now do vegan cheese which is exciting, but the pizza is good enough as a simple pizza and tomato sauce.

Probably one of the cheapest options in the area - Edit
Pizza 1 is vegan by default as it is simply topped with tomato sauce, oregano and basil. At under £5, it is the cheapest pizza on the menu. I added some extra toppings, sadly they don't have a vegan alternative to cheese, which makes them only second choice when looking for pizza in Victoria. Bright and modern interior, always busy around lunch & dinner times.
