Great for vegetarians, less so for vegans.

The food here is excellent, though the price tag can be a bit high. Lots of cheese and dairy, but some of the sandwiches can be made vegan as well as at least one of the entrees typically (The menu changes somewhat frequently.) I have had some issues with waitstaff not being polite about dietary restrictions, which was very off-putting.

Not very Veg friendly

There are one or two (maybe) options for vegans here. It is a bummer because I love the concept of the restaurant and their ideology but I need more than one option to make a place a regular stop!

Pros: Local sourcing, Organic--Awesome homemade organic ketchup!!, Good vibe

Cons: Limited vegan options, Heavily meat based menu

Vegetarian Delights

For appetizers try the Crispy Rice Tots, caprese flatbread or curry-dusted chickpeas. Veg entrees include a Korean BBQ Smoked Tofu, Mac & Cheese (not vegan) & the Food Dance Pad Thai with tofu. Sometimes there's a veg pasta or risotto. They also have a Dance Beet burger with roasted eggplant and pickled beets on grilled sourdough.

When you first walk in there's a gourmet food shop with artesian cheeses, chocolates and desserts.

Overall this place is vegetarian friendly with many gluten free options but not much for vegans. For a vegan, worth going once but probably not enough vegan options to get you to come back.
