Lovely food, lovely people! - Edit
I had the chickpea curry and a juice here: it was absolutely delicious! They have a cute area where you can eat or you can take food to go. Definitely recommend!

Really good - Edit
Got the veggie balls which were made out of cauliflower, veggie chunks, and the veggie stir fry. Everything was very good. And was recommended to try a June plum juice which I also highly enjoyed. JJ and everyone else who worked there were AMAZING and made you feel very welcomed. Cool rooftop with lots of plants. As was the case almost everywhere else we ate in Jamaica, it took a very long time to get food, but you get used to it!

Drop Everything + Go Here ❤️ - Edit
The only reason this doesn’t have five stars is that Happy Cow won’t allow it for Veg Option places. We just had one of our favourite experiences of our time in Jamaica, welcomed to Flames by a group of amazing staff as though we were family. If you are lucky enough to be there during Karaoke you won’t forget it. We were so well taken care of, given a fresh juice tasting, taught how to play Ludi, fed nourishing and tasty meals, and treated to an incredible afternoon of live singing that blew our minds. We didn’t want to leave and if they were to open a hostel we would definitely move in. Well done, and thanks so much for the amazing hospitality on our last day. #Veganuary
