It is a stall on the second floor of the mall! They have traditional Filipino dishes, just made with alternative proteins!

Not worth it - Edit
Only one option available when I was there (probably just bad luck from me) and it was microwaved in front of me but still left cold. The vegan "meat" seems to just be out of a packet bought from a store. Not worth it and had better!

Amazing ! - Edit
The most amazing food we had in the Philippines which is usually hard for vegans. The mock meat was perfect and so many options, so flavourful, filling & cheap.
