PERFECT experience - Edit
This was my second time here, we came to Gdansk again mostly because of this restaurant to try their tasting menu. It was 10/10. The staff, the food, amazing combinations, great wines, everything was totally worth it. You should 100% visit this restaurant when in Gdansk. Would give it all 5 stars if it was possible!

Fine Dining offering plant-based tasting menu - Edit
This is a fine dining restaraunt tucked away from the main DŁugi Targ strip offering a unique plant-based tasting menu. My favorite meal was the tomato soup with fresh tomatoes, home-made "mozarella". The soup was a clear broth base and tasted like the freshest most delicious ripe tomato you ever had. I've never had anything like it before. Other greats were watermelon tartare- a perfect balance of sweet and umami. Faux-gras was a melt-in-your-mouth experience with rich flavors. Service is impeccable. Offering some vegan wines as well.

A culinary wonderland: a seven-course plant-based tasting extravaganza at Fino - Edit
Nestled within the charming streets of Gdansk, Fino beckons with promises of culinary marvels and gastronomic adventures. My recent soirée at Fino unfolded like a fairy tale, where every bite was a step deeper into a realm of plant-based perfection, orchestrated with finesse and flair.
Read moreAs I crossed the threshold into Fino's intimate haven, I was immediately embraced by an ambiance that whispered secrets of culinary delight. The air was alive with anticipation, setting the stage for an evening that would redefine my perception of dining.
The seven-course plant-based tasting menu at Fino was nothing short of a revelation, each dish a symphony of flavors, textures, and colours. From the delicate dance of the amuse-bouche to the grand crescendo of the final course, every bite was a testament to the creativity and passion of the chef.
Fino's menu celebrated the bounty of nature with reverence and ingenuity. Seasonal produce took center stage, each ingredient treated with respect and transformed into culinary masterpieces. Highlights included the ethereal beetroot tartare, the velvety onion soup, and the decadent cheesecake that left me spellbound.
Yet, it was not just the food that enchanted me; it was the impeccable service and genuine warmth of the staff that elevated the experience to extraordinary heights. From the knowledgeable sommelier who curated the perfect wine pairings to the attentive servers who anticipated our every needs with grace and charm, every interaction felt like a cherished moment among friends.
As I bid farewell to Fino and ventured back into the bustling streets of Gdansk, I carried with me memories that would linger long after the last taste had faded. Fino is more than just a restaurant; it is a sanctuary for the senses, a haven where culinary dreams come to life and magic unfolds with every bite.
In a city brimming with culinary treasures, Fino shines as a beacon of excellence, a testament to the power of passion, creativity, and dedication. If you seek an experience that transcends the ordinary and transports you to a world of plant-based perfection, look no further than Fino. Your taste buds will thank you, and your soul will rejoice.
(Only 4 star because of happy cow's limit on not 100% vegan places, this place is otherwise faultless)

There is dining and..... - Edit
There is Fino. This is a culinary experience. They play with ingredients and come up with the most unusual results and flavours. Nothing I had ever tasted before. I tried the tasting menu which not only had my mouth watering but also my brain working, trying to understand what the heck I was eating!

Testing meny - Edit
Hade their vegan plant based testing meny and can very much recommend it. You will get a big variety of flavours and greens. My two favrotirs was the soup and the main course that consisted of roasted mushrooms on bed of beets and green mash. #Veganuary

Great food, long dinner - Edit
Consulting with this app there didn’t seem to be many nice dining restaurants with vegan options, so this one stood out. I was not disappointed! I had the risotto to start and the ‘scallops & black pudding’ option as my main, and both were delicious. Twice our waiter brought us small things to taste and they were also very good. It was a 3 hour meal however. Not sure if our meals took longer because it was vegan, or if they were just short in the kitchen. But a fine dining experience indeed - definitely recommend!

Vegan fine dining. - Edit
I think they have one vegan dinner option, but it changes quite frequently. Mine was cauliflower ‘steak ‘served on cauliflower purée, decorated with cauliflower pickles😉And it was very tasty! Although it wasn’t balanced vegan meal. Whole dining experience was very nice and unique for Gdańsk. Vegan Prosecco was a nice addition.

Fried Fine-Dining? - Edit
There is a vegan coconut beet soup which is far from its Polish cold beet soup counterpart, their version tastes like tropical wheat grass. The main vegan entree is a “deconstructed” plate of different fried veggies. The dining experience here was fun for me and my omni friends but the food itself was ok being that its a fine dining restaurant, every entree ordered came with something fried (a lot of the omni plates came with egg rolls) 🙃🤔

Cons: A lot of fried food, No theme to the cuisine/flavors on my plate, VERY salty
