Great setting, limited vegan options - Edit
We went to the cidery, strictly wanting to enjoy the cider, of course, the setting, and the overall vibe. On all those points, the establishment delivered. We had a lovely time and would return again.
Read moreBecause we were there on a weekday, perhaps that was why there were limited vegan options. There was only one pop-up vendor for pizza, who gladly Veganized, the thin crust pizza with loads of fresh veggies, and no cheese.
We were told that on the weekend there are more vegan options Including the ice cream vendor.

Disappointed at the dwindling vegan options - Edit
Over the years, Finn River and its vendors have reduced the number of vegan options available. With the recent change of vendors this spring, the only remaining vegan option is the pretzel. Fiddlehead Creamery ice cream has been added, which is a welcome addition. If absolutely necessary, a salad can be modified, but it will consist solely of kale and tahini, which is not a satisfying meal. On slow days, if they have vegan sauce or toppings, and the dented buoy pizza staff is in a good mood they may be willing to prepare a special off-menu item, but this is not a reliable option. Finn River has not responded to inquiries about restoring or expanding vegan options or permitting outside food. Consequently, I will no longer be dining here, not by my choice; Only plan on the ice cream and cider.

Enjoyable lunch in lovely outdoor surroundings - Edit
Although tours are available we just showed up for lunch. We tried the couscous salad which was great, the pretzel and the vegan pizza. Vegan items were marked and all items were tasty.
