A great option in Mount Dora - Edit
I was visiting from out of town and found this great place for lunch, thanks to Happy Cow. They have gardein chicken and daiya cheese. The fajitas are really good (they are labeled vegetarian, but can make them vegan by removing the sour cream; when I said I wanted them vegan, the waitress kindly offered to add vegan cheese). The restaurant was not crowded, but the area is dense, so just know you may have to park a few blocks away. Right next door I went to a really cool modernism furniture museum.

At least they are trying. The chicken fajitas have almost no vegetables and tremendous amount of soy protein. Way too much for 1 meal and enough for 4 meals. Much too salty. I would never order again.
Read morePros: There is now a choice, 4 tortilla vs normal 3 at most places, Portion is super large enough for 3-4 meals
Cons: serving is coming from a meat eaters perspective, Vegetables are all but absent , Salty - they need to educate the chef!

Not vegan friendly - Edit
Food is extremely salty! They have one vegan dish and its basically a small portion of spinach in a corn shell, the vegan cheeze is nasty. Dont care for this place. They also have chik strips but is cooked with animal products. Gross!!
