A gem!

I really enjoyed all the food and beverages we ordered. The service was great and SUPER friendly. Great atmosphere! There is a Chicago vibe here for sure.

The king poa cauliflower was terrific and the fermented celery was a perfect complement. We also ordered the etouffee was very tasty, as was the forbidden noodle dish. A nice "if you get that, I'll get this" combo.

The Manhattan was fantastic, also enjoyed the Atlas Martini and the limoncello spritz (I wasnt driving 😬). My gf got the San Jorge and it was delicious!! The cocktails really reminded us of the great cocktail bars in Chicago.

Love this place and looking forward to going back!!

Hi Juan!!

Loved it! A new go-to

Fantastic. Such a good find. This is the bar/restaurant of my dreams as a 30 something. It’s cool, the food is awesome, and the drinks are really fun. It’s easy to have a conversation here, the lighting is nice and the music is at a good volume. I had the oven fries and the cauliflower potato curry, and both were delicious. It was a good option for mixed company, since there were options that made our non veg friends feel comfortable too, like the Kung pao cauliflower.

Sunday brunch

We tried the mung bean burrito, biscuits and gravy and the waffles. The burrito was our favorite. Great flavor. The gravy was delicious. The biscuits were just ok. Our child loved the waffles but none of us really liked the vegan bakon.

I liked the breakfast burrito

I tried the biscuits and gravy from my wife’s plate. They were good but not nearly as good as the burrito.

Just ok

I was sadly disappointed when trying this new spot. The biscuits and gravy just were not good and the faux bacon was not very good either. The Mimosa‘s were small. The service was great! I hope they make improvements to the menu so I can try it again.

Pros: For one mimosa, it was overpriced for the size.

Cons: Drop biscuits were not good, Burnt faux bacon

Great atmosphere

I tried the andouille sausage etouffee and really enjoyed it. I did appreciate that the meat substitute wasn’t over seasoned like most usually are. The other reviewer complaining about chicken eggs, plant based is not the same as vegan. If they are trying to accommodate more people by offering chicken eggs I’m not going to hate. Can’t wait to see this new plant based business grow.

Great food in the right place

So excited about this place. Great food. Great drinks and it's right in the best place!!! (Near me). I highly recommend going if you love food. Don't let the veggie thing get to you. It's so good. Soooooooo good.

I hope they improve - and go fully vegan

We came for brunch opening weekend. I agree with the previous reviewer that this looked from the marketing like a vegan restaurant. We were disappointed to see chicken eggs on the menu. We had the breakfast burrito with “mung bean egg” and biscuits and gravy. Everything was okay to modestly good. I felt the burrito was a bit skimpy in both size and flavor. The biscuits had a coconut flavor that wasn’t quite what I expect in that dish. The gravy was flavorful. Cute decor. Overall I’d say this place has unrealized potential. Since it’s is loosely affiliated with Sputnik, we were hoping to be more impressed but we’ll try again.

Gave them another shot in May ‘23 and now it’s a solid 5 star experience. All vegan, great cocktails, and the flavors were amazing. The taco Tuesday deal is great! Awesome specials.
