I ordered the club sandwich was was so good. I also ordered a cheesecake which I took away to eat later. The gentleman serving was a very happy and friendly guy.

Read moreOne of the best vegan places I have visited in the past year! The food is really good for what you pay - you get a lot and it is actually prepared healthy.
The drinks are also exceptionally well made and cost no more than average, the owner even customized a bit of my drink with special requests.
Then the pies are amazing. They're baked by the owner himself and he will give you an actually decently sized chunk to enjoy.
While it is a lunch room, my friend and me ate "for dinner", were fully stuffed and totalled at a mere 39 euros! - 2 drinks each, a good main course and a pie spice for dessert!
We finished off by having a wonderful talk with the owner about him, veganism and society. They're actual ethical vegans and that feels great to support.
Pros: A lot of very well made food for what you pay, Friendly, calm and thoughtful owner, Spacey and comfortable interior
Cons: Doesn't live up to its name😉- it's much better

Een leuk tentje met een aardige, rustige eigenaar. We hebben er twee keer gegeten. Ondanks de naam was hij niet zo snel, want hij stond alleen (bediening en keuken). De tosti's waren heerlijk en de taart nog lekkerder! Ook krijg je bij binnenkomst een glaasje kraanwater, dat vind ik erg gastvrij.
Read moreA nice place with a kind, relaxed owner. We've eaten here twice. Despite the name, the service wasn't that fast, because the owner worked the service and the kitchen. The grilled sandwiches were great and the pies even better! You get a free glass of tapwater, which is hospitable in my opinion.

Read moreWe got 2 toasties, both on seeded whole grain bread. One with tempeh & paprika and the other with vegan cheddar & pesto. Both were delicious however the tempeh wasn’t marinaded/seasoned enough for our preferred taste. Service was friendly, would definitely like to go back and try more dishes!!

I had the "Engelse bakewell taart" with strawberries and it was delicious! Also the coffee and the chai latte were very good.
They also sell many interesting items like vegan cookbooks, pancake mix, protein bars, vegan chocolate, bio soap and other things. Definitely a place to try.. I will go back for sure!

We bought fries to share but couldn't finish all the chips the portions were so large. The macha latte was also amazing! It was not busy on a Sunday morning and service was quick. We loved the vibe and will be back for sure.

I really enjoyed my meal here. There were many interesting options, I went for the pulled jackfruit sandwich and was not disappointed. I wasn't that big of a fan of the dessert I picked, a chocolate and matcha bar, but they had many other desserts to choose from that looked amazing. I'll definitely go back if I have the chance, as this place had a very cozy and welcoming vibe.

So my husband and I were just walking on a usual Dutch cloudy afternoon, looking for a veggie restaurant we had noticed on another day. when all of a sudden, we stumbled upon Fast & Vegan...a quick look at the menu in the window, we decided to give it a try...Well, that was a good decision.
Read moreI had the BBQ Jackfruit sandwich which was served on a freshly baked bun. the only thing was a bit too many onions for my taste, but was really tasty.
My husband had the quinoa bowl with falafel, hummus, avocado and lettuce...very tasty.
I had the Chai latte with soy, and he had the macchiato latte with soy, both were delicious.
We had the opportunity to meet the owner, a really nice guy, and very friendly...and overall, we will return to Fast & Vegan...interested to try the other options on the menu.
Oh, and the best part is they are a bakery, and bake 100% vegans cake upon a preorder.
Pros: It's 100% Vegan, It has a lovely atmosphere, tables both in and out, The food was very good, and a decent amount
Cons: A little too much onion on their BBQ jackfruit
