Es hat hervorragend geschmeckt, sehr durchdacht und liebevoll zusammengestellt. Mit veganer Mayo, Salat, verschiedenen Beilagemöglichkeiten (Reis, Pommes, Backkartoffeln ...). Variationen jederzeit möglich. Ohne Ersatzprodukte, z. B. Souflaki ein Spieß aus gegrilltem Gemüse, das Kokiniko (normalerweise geschmortes Rindfleisch) mit Pilzen zubereitet.
