Not NFG (normal for Glastonbury) - Edit
The food is excellent, the atmosphere buzzy but relaxed and the service is friendly and attentive. This is unusual in Glastonbury, it feels a bit of an elevated experience. I will return.

Five stars! FARA has a vegan and vegetarian based menu (with two meat/fish options) that has a massive range of well thought out dishes.
Read moreThe restaurant/cafe is Middle Eastern and Mediterranean inspired, but also has a classic full English breakfast (which is massive and delicious!) and uses local produce from the area in a short distance from their place.
Happy Cow reserve the 5th star on the rating for fully vegan or vegetarian restaurants, however I MUST give FARA a 5 star rating as 95% of the menu and cakes are vegan/vegan friendly, and they have loads of incredible sustainable practises in place.
I have had several dishes, cocktails and hot drinks and they are all fabulous, with a great team of dedicated people running the show.
They have Easy Jose sustainable coffee (if you haven’t heard of them, definitely look them up!) which is the best coffee I’ve ever had and Twist teas that are also very good.
With an outdoor space suitable for children and dogs, and a modern spacious indoor cafe, FARA has just “got it right”.
In terms of dietary requirements- many of the vegan and veg options can be made gluten free, all you have to do is ask.
They also have baboo gelato in lots of flavours (vegan and veg options) and a selection of vegan cakes (Vegan: tahini brownie, salted chocolate cookie, Persian love cake, carrot cake. Vegetarian: orange almond polenta cake)
To sum up- wholesome, a lot of attention to detail and a must place to go in Glastonbury.
Pros: Massive range of vegan options , Wonderful space to have brunch , Beautiful garden with huge oak tree
Cons: Nothing to dislike
