Thank you so much Mika!
Read moreI'm so glad you enjoyed it, looks like you came for the Vegan Molecular Gastronomy month.
This month is 'Featured Farmer,' where we source from 10 local farms for 5 dishes... and of course we use that produce in our other dishes and Happy Hour as well.
Thank you!

Truly one of the best in Chicago - Edit
There are some great places in Chicago, but, for bistro dining, this place is it. The quality, the complexity, the passion for excellence is second to none. Breakfast/brunch, lunch and dinner, they have it all. Plus, FINALLY there is a vegan place open before 10 AM on the weekends!!
Read moreThis is not a dash in, eat, and dash out kind of place. For dinner, you’re going to be dining, which takes time. The last time I was here, the 5 course dinner was over 1.5 hours. It didn’t feel that long, but we weren’t in a rush.

Valentine's Aphrodisiac Dinner - Edit
We attended their Aphrodisiac Pre Fix dinner last night and it was a perfect way to celebrate Valentine's Day. The atmosphere was mellow with wonderful romantic music. Each course was delicious, but our salad was the surprising favorite. (See menu in photos.) Having Chef Kevin come out and explain each course in between was a nice touch that made the dinner more special. We would definitely come back for future dinners.

It was the vegan place. I would say the almond cookie was great. ABC wrap was ok. The croissant was also ok. The food was super great. But it edible.

100% Vegan Goodness - Edit
Yes, everything is vegan, 100%! Space is great, beautiful patio dining and plenty of room inside. I can’t say enough about the food. The Tofu scramble bowl was hands down my favorite, smoky potatoes and the best tasting tofu scramble I’ve had in my almost 4 years of being plant based. The breakfast burrito had the same tofu scramble and potatoes inside with a great salsa. The nut bread was so good. My wife loved the spanokopata, flaky crust and spinach. The quiche was solid, very good. Had an amazing creme brûlée latte as well.

Great - Edit
Crafty dishes with gluten free options, and I feel like vegan breakfast food is hard to come by. It was half as expensive as it could've been too, I was impressed. I was also surprised they have latter and it looked like a bar as well

100% Vegan, locally owned restaurant - Edit
Chef Kevin does it again! This place is not only worth a visit, but is worthy of becoming a regular brunch/lunch spot. Try the chocolate croissants (OMG)! The Thai Benedict is a great brunch option. Fresh ingredients, vegan cheese made in-house, and creative comfort food. There are also a number of creative coffee drinks (ginger, cardamom, agave, mocha, pepper) that you can’t find anywhere else. A really comfortable vibe and friendly employees. Easy to have a leisurely lunch without feeling rushed. I hope everyone supports this local vegan business so it sticks around for years to come.
