Originally went to the top of the mountain to the iceQ restaurant near the 007 elements which had no vegan options and took us over 30 minutes to just get drinks there. so we came down to the middle mountain and found Falcon with no pre conceived notions and we are so happy we did. We arrived at a not so busy hour and got really good seats with an amazing view. They happily modified a few dishes to be vegan for us without stress or confusion and it’s was amazing. Thought through dishes that had incredible flavours. A nice balance of a full hearty meal with amazing presentations. Our waitress was very nice and knew when to come by to check in on us with us never needing to search her. The price to quality ratio is unmatched to anything else we had in the area.

Delicious vegan green curry - Edit
A little expensive with 18€ but great thing to finally find clearly marked vegan food on the slopes, especially if it’s freshly made with lots of vegetables!

Gewählt: Thai Curry & Spaghettis
Das Thai Curry war nicht ganz mein Geschmack, mein Mann fand es sehr lecker. Meine Spaghettis waren eine schlechte Wahl. Die Nudeln waren noch sehr hart und die Soße… ich habe schon deutlich bessere im Skigebiet gegessen.
Preise: Thai Curry 18€, Spaghetti 13€, 1x Kaffee 4€
=> 35€ und satt waren wir danach nicht wirklich…

Diesmal habe ich die Ramen Suppe probiert. War an sich ganz lecker und sättigend, aber recht salzig. Ich konnte es nicht ganz essen. Mein Mann durfte helfen 😅

Leider ist es nicht möglich einen veganen Wrap zu bekommen, obwohl sie die Wraps immer wieder frisch zubereiten… daher habe ich dann „nur“ einen Salat genommen - 2,50€/100g. Die Auswahl war top, geschmacklich sehr lecker. Wollte eigentlich noch eine Pommes dazu, aber 7€ für normale Pommes bzw 8,5€ für Süßkartoffel-Pommes zu meinem 14€ Salat war mir dann doch zu teuer.
Preise: Thai Curry 18€, Salat 14€, 1x Kaffee 4€ => 36€

Day 1: The Thai Curry was delicious. The Spaghettis was ok, but you will get better ones in other ski restaurants.

Day 2: we tried the Ramen Soup. It was delicious, but very salty. I couldn’t eat the whole soup. My husband was allowed to help 😅

Day 3: It‘s not possible to get a vegan Wrap… so I took the salad (self mixed, 2,5€/100g). In the end I had a 14€ salad, but it was delicious 😋

Great find! Right at Mittlestation - Edit
Stumbled upon this place by accident! We had the vegan ramen and were very impressed. It was packed with fresh vegetables which was a nice change to the usual spaghetti and baked potato options at most of the ski huts. The soup itself was a bit salty for our liking but beggers can't be choosers while on the slopes looking for vegan options 😊
