Kitchen closes at 6 :( - Edit
I got here around 6:20, and the kitchen was closed. Le sigh. I was still able to get a potato salad, raspberry bar, and coffee, which were great. The aesthetic is super hipster. Minimalist decor, lots of plants. The area seems kinda sketch until you see the place. The signage is nice and obvious.

Sweet outdoor space and tasty digs - Edit
Had the avo toast which is no basic B by any means. I’d argue it’d put up a solid fight against San Fran’s mean green.

Killer back patio worth checking out if you like to bask in the quiet sun.

Good Hearty Food - Edit
Until this place I had been very disappointed with Nashville's veg scene. All high class expensive or juice bars with toast. Falcon had a decent coffee, a tasty JUST egg sandwich, and a lovely French dip. (I came back for lunch!) Would recommend stopping by for a good meal.

A gem ! - Edit
I came here for coffee and breakfast early, and learned that the kitchen opens at 8am - but the empanadas were available at 7am, as were terrific coffee drinks. The spinach-"cheese" empanada came with a tasty green (parsley?) aioli, served on a beautiful slate, and the latte with cashew milk was also delicious and beautifully presented.
Read moreI wanted to try the lunch menu, so came back for lunch with a friend. He loved his "bomber" and I had a terrific BLT. My impression is that this is a kitchen that pays careful attention to sourcing the very best ingredients - local, seasonal, high quality. Loved seeing the little kitchen garden in the front yard. I come to Nashville annually -- so, dear Nashville residents, keep this place going so I can come back next year and enjoy the terrific food, coffee and ambience!

Great little hidden gem in Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood - Edit
The vibe in here is super cool. The almond milk cappuccino is probably my favorite in town. And the vegan BLT is killer.

Sadly Meh - Edit
I hate writing this but I gotta say it. Not good at all. I got the sausage chz biscuit. It had been in the warmer all morning(or longer) and the biscuit was dried up and the chz was sad and dry. The sausage was ok but the entire thing was a huge dried up disappointment. Thank goodness it came with hot sauce to make it edible. And then the coffee...sigh. Tasted so much like instant coffee it hurt my soul to drink it. I saw her make it so I know it was done fresh or whatever but whatever coffee they are using is not for me.
Read moreOn top of all that, this is a hipster trendy spot which is fine but don't expect friendliness, conversation or engagement from the counter staff. Unless you know them already. They are nice enough but far from friendly.
The only saving grace of the entire experience was a chocolate croissant type thing that was quite good. All baked goods are provided by Rose Gold Vegan Bakery. Kudos to the bakers!!
Pros: Baked goods from Rose Gold, Everything is vegan so that's nice anyways
Cons: Dry, bland, and boring and the coffee wasn't good, Hipster staff struggle to say hello

I got the BLT with the potato salad and my mom got the French dip with the potato salad as well, and let me tell you. It. Was. Amazing. The seasoning was great and the ingredients were as well. Everything was perfectly made. 10/10 would visit again

We enjoyed tea one afternoon at Falcon. We were delighted to find numerous plant based options on the menu. We enjoyed the cashew toast and avocado toast. We will certainly return for lunch one day soon.

Awesome! - Edit
Their coffee is great, and they have breakfast sandwiches and pastries from Rose Gold Bakery. We had a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit, a HUGE blackberry pear croissant, and a mixed berry pop tart, both pastries were beautiful and so tasty! (We searched online for Rose Gold Bakery to see if they had a place of their own but couldn't find anything about them online - maybe they're only wholesale?) We also got an empanada to go and WOW it was good. Super flavorful "churizo" and the dipping sauce was so light and refreshing!

Verdict : 5 stars ✨
The gentleman who took the order was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu.
The food arrived fast, good, not too expansive and in correct proportion.
The sitting was agreable and the music, just of good taste.
People around were smiling and we felt great atmosphere.
Honestly a super nice place for a breakfast coffee and nice talk with a friend or family..
We will come back for sure.
Ps: they have a succulent camomille syrup that we highly recommend in your coffee or just with water.
Loved it!!
Pros: Menu is vegan, Price is correct , Ambiance is cozy

Really Love This Place - Edit
The folks who work here say it’s all vegan! Despite that Happy Cow says vegetarian... I’ve been here a handful of times and I love the concept of an all vegan coffee shop with food! I also love that they actually have decaf iced coffee. I’ve eaten several items on the menu and they are all solid choices for lunch. The Kale side is yummy with the right amount of cheezy salty flavoring. I also dig the sorta goth Scandinavian vibe of the building. There’s good energy here and I look forward to the next time!
