Honestly one of the most delicious French toasts I've ever had the pleasure of eating. All of the food was excellent and so were the drinks - definitely treat yourself to the Irish coffee cocktail if you have the chance to stop in!

This place is delicious & one of my favorite go to’s. The entire menu is vegan and I’ve never had anything I didn’t love. The chop chop salad/burrito is so flavorful. Make sure you get one of their homemade chocolate chip cookies!

I am obsessed with Falcon and come here way too often. My favorite thing to get is an iced matcha latte, Bodega sandwich and a cake pop. Do yourself a favor and go.

Tried this place while visiting Nashville and it was amazing. The staff was very pleasant and the atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming. The latte was delicious and the French toast was so good it tasted like cake. Will definitely return.

We came early for coffee and a bite to eat and were bummed to find we were too early for some of the lunch options we had our eye on but planned to hang out for a bit and take a sandwich to go. When we had finished our breakfast and were asked how it was by one of the staff, we let her know how much we loved everything and planned to wait around until 11 to place an order for a Cuban to go. She ended up surprising us by bringing it out early at about 10:30! Very sweet staff and the food tasted phenomenal and came out with the prettiest presentation!

We went to this shop because we thought that they would have a lot of vegan pastries but they didn't have much on a Sunday morning. We got a drip coffee and it tasted sour. We ordered a couple of BODEGA sandwiches and they were $8, very small, on a cheap looking bun, and weren't very good. The staff wasn't very attentive and not very friendly. Would not recommend.

This was amazing! I honestly can’t say enough good things! The ham and cheese pastelito was SOOO good I ended up going up and getting a second one! I also had the matcha latte with cashew milk which was delicious. My husband had the bodega sandwich and the bread was so soft and fluffy and sooo freaking yummy. I had the cashew toasts and those were also very light and fresh but my favorite was definitely the ham and cheese pastelito. Definitely will be coming back here the next time we’re in Nashville

The happy middle between healthy and indulgent - Edit
I am so spoiled working right down the street from Falcon. It's mildly problematic, actually. They've got healthy options like the raw avocado toast, plus things like the Cuban sandwich, breakfast pastelito and chocolate chip cookie that make you ask "Wait, how is this vegan?" (Ah, those pastelitos are so flaky!) I've been working my way through the whole menu, which features a lot of Behive products in delicious, saucy sandwiches and wraps. The Gyro might be my favorite so far. The sides are also delicious, and the sweet baked goods are dangerous. The online order app is super handy for ordering and picking up a meal, but I don't think they update all the little baked goods. If you wanna drop in for a coffee and a sweet, just go in and see what they have - it's always different!

I cannot recommend this place enough! First off, it's awfully cute both inside and out. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had, and the place seemed clean, staff was wearing masks. The food came out super quick and was absolutely delicious and they have dessert pastries from a local vegan gf bakery called Morsel that were insanely good (no gritty gluten free texture!).
