Veggie Sampler

Got take out from here and had the Veggie Sampler entree. Babaganush, hummus, fatush salad, falafel and pita were all delicious and fresh but the tabbouli had an odd flowery taste.

Pros: Vegan options, Reasonably priced

falafel town

I love this place. their falafel sandwich is great. hummus is delicious. I have to say though, I really wish they would clarify that their tahini sauce is NOT vegan. they add yogurt to it. I have been ordering from there for a bit and had asked in the beginning if the tahini had any dairy in it. maybe they misunderstood and thought I meant the paste, I don't know. but as I'm ordering the other night I come to find there IS, in fact, yogurt added to their tahini. so if you're Vegan, do NOT get their tahini sauce. I was totally devestated as I've eaten it plenty of times. other than that, just make sure they go over your order bc (no exaggeration) 9/10 times something had come wrong or they totally forgot something altogether.

Pros: food is really good, delivery is usually quick

Cons: order gets messed up a lot, tahini is NOT vegan

Authentic Middle Eastern

Many options for vegetarians. Portions are large and their BabaGhanoush is the best!

Wonderful Entrees!

We have had the salads & appetizers and while they were a bit limited, the entrees were very good!! The staff was really helpful in making sure that our food was fully vegan AND gluten-free and made changes/substitutions where necessary!!!

Disappointing

Stopped by this place while on a road trip to Woodstock Farm Sanctuary. We looked them up online and saw that they had vegan options. We arrived and looked at the menu outside, but nothing was clearly labeled as vegan, only vegetarian. We were pretty sure what items we were going to eat but had a few questions. We entered the restaurant, which was pleasant looking. The woman at the front finished helping another customer and turned to us. My friend asked her “does the pita contain dairy?” To which the woman responded “I have no idea. I really wouldn’t be the person to ask.” We were all confused. My friends said “okay, who would be.” She shrugged and said “google?” At that point we walked out of the restaurant and decided not to eat in a place where that was how we would be treated. It was a shame because after we left, it looked like she was being reprimanded by the owners. Honestly, it was frustrating and disrespectful, and we had driven 20 minutes, paid a toll, and crossed a bridge just to turn around and go right back to find somewhere else to eat.

Pros: Apparently they have vegan options

Cons: Staff not educated on contents of food items

Delicious Falafel, limited options

We ordered the falafel combo platter - it was pretty good, falafel was excellent, cucumber salad and dolma were good, hummus was tasty, the rice was okay. Interior of restaurant was spacious and very quiet, maybe too quiet, some music may have helped. Service was excellent - owner was there and she was so lovely and proud to feed us. They do have freshly made tahini jarred up front for sale. $8.99 for a huge jar - a bargain! The food was good , I would give more stars if there was more variety - the vegan options are limited and they are all pretty much the same items, just served in different ways- on a pita, on a platter , or number of falafel varies.

Pros: Great falafel, Easy parking, Fair prices

Cons: Limited options
