Wouldn’t recommend - Edit
I unfortunately had a pretty poor experience there. I had to wait 45 minutes to get my takeaway order (2 dishes) and ended up receiving a pretty miserable looking meal, cold fries, and without the drink I paid for. The staff was apologetic for the wait but spent more time chatting & having fun in the kitchen rather than working toward a faster delivery.
Read moreThe food wasn’t terrible, but definitely not worth the wait or price.
Few seats available, it’s not the most comfortable.
Cons: Expensive, Long wait

Good falafel with great variety - Edit
More different ways to serve falafel than you can imagine, great taste and a very good location with a hip atmosphere, although the seating isn't great. Though the servings were a bit too small for my appetite.

Hit that craving - Edit
I’m a hummus lover. So I needed a fix urgently and luckily falafel brothers was able to assist. Please ignore the amount of sauce on my falafel pita pocket, they gave me all the extra hummus, Babaghanouj and tahini a girl could ask for. The falafel was not authentic (obv it’s Japan) but still very tasty, moist and crispy. I prefer my round falafels but this did the job. Extra points because all vegan and not expensive. Lost a point for the seating. Other reviews will tell you seating is awkward and yes it is so don’t come here with a suitcase and bags. Maybe eat before you shop?

Tasty Salad, Better Waffle Fries - Edit
I enjoyed the falafel salad with the side waffle fries. Everything tasted fresh and hot and it seemed reasonably priced. Seating is a bit awkward and tiny but the furniture and decor is pretty funky as you can see in other review photos.

Just okay. - Edit
I ordered many things, everything was just okay. Not fantastic, but not bland either. Can definitely use some improvement to taste. Seating in the restaurant is very awkward.

Really tasty and good value - Edit
Went here twice (and ate much of Falafel Brothers products in Hakuba as they supply Roots cafe up there) and enjoyed it each time.

Delicious falafel 🥙 - Edit
The shop is located on 7F of the Parco department store. They have a wide variety on the menu and I chose the classic pita. It was really good but spicier than I thought with the Thai style tahini. Baba ganoush and coco corn were really nice as toppings. Rooibos tea and soup were great too. Only wish the portion of soup was bigger. Please note that this is a rather casual spot to sit and have a quick lunch.

Delicious Falafel but weird seating - Edit
I had the salad bowl which was really tasty. The hummus was super yummy. The staff were very friendly too. I did find the seating a bit weird and if your party has more than 2 people than it might be tricky to find a nice place to sit. For this reason, if you have more than 2 people, I would suggest one of their other branches. Also, might have been the lunch rush but the service was quite slow.

Delicious food - Edit
I have craved hummus since being in Tokyo and wasn’t disappointed when I ordered the hummus bowl. The portions are quite large and you can get any main as a set (with a side and a drink) for pretty cheap.
Read moreThe service was fast and the establishment has free wifi. The seating is quite cramped and for some tables you have to sit on benches as opposed to chairs, so probably best to not stay for extended periods of time.

Super tasty vegan food! - Edit
Delicious vegan food in Shibuya Parco! The menu has a lot of options and everything is highly customizable. You get to choose the salads, toppings and sauces when they’re finishing up the order. I had a falafel burger set with vegan cheese, fries and lemonade. The atmosphere was good and the interior was fun to look at while waiting for the food. I got curious to try other things from their menu too, so I’m definitely going again!

And I’m fussy . You can get stuffed at a reasonable price . You might want to do it at the end of your shopping trip as opposed to the beginning !

Falafel Brothers is amazing! I had the salad bowl and my partner had the rice plate. They let you choose 3 toppings and a sauce that you want on your plate, which is a plus. This is one of the better vegan places I’ve eaten, I’m looking forward to going again.

I really love the food here! Also my non vegan husband really enjoy their food.
Read moreThe first time I went in Ebisu and even the place is too small, the staff was kind.
Shibuya restaurant is a little bit more “big” but the music is way too high…. You can’t even speak with your friends or hearing the staff. If you want to go I recommend you to go alone because it’s impossible doing normal conversations with so much noise. Sadly the staff is not kind, the guy look always so angry and make me feel uncomfortable.. he looks like he doesn’t want to take your order and make you wait too much.
Pros: Food very good , Price okay , Good location
Cons: Staff rude , Slowly service , Music too high
