Amazing salad bar! - Edit
The falafel and hummus are good but the fries and salad bar are excellent! The pitas and platters are left with plenty of room to add salad, pickled veggies, spicy veggies, carrot salad, etc. Super yummy!!!

Overrated - Edit
We tried the falafel plate(10$) and the falafel pita (6$), both were okay. The salat bar is really nice and the selfmade tahini as well as the falafel taste good. The pita is very small though, so that you almost can't fill it with any salat. The fries tasted of old fat and the hummus was unfortunately mostly tahini. In general you don't get a lot of food for the price.

Best falafel ever - Edit
My husband and I ordered the falafel plate. As well as tasty falafels, hummus and thin cut potato fries you get to pile on the fresh veggies and tahini dressing from their self serve salad bar! Good service, clean and comfortable dining experience and only $10 including tax!

Best falafels ever! - Edit
This was my favourite falafel place yet! The falafels were perfect with a good punch of garlic and really nice texture! I packed my falafel pita sandwich with as much veggies from the salad bar as possible and it was a very filling meal! I also had a guabana and papaya smoothie and it was super refreshing so I highly recommend it!

Very Yummy Food - Edit
There’s really just a couple things for Vegans here, those things being falafel-based, but they’re really great! There’s also lots of sides that you can load your plate with!

Fantastic falafel! - Edit
This place is awesome! I’ve eaten here two years/two trips in a row and it doesn’t disappoint. One of the exciting parts of returning to Quepos was getting to eat here again. Last week, I ate here for dinner and then for lunch the next day. It’s that good! The falafel plate is delicious and sooo much food. Falafel here is as it should be: moist and savory; not dry and crumbly. The salad/toppings bar (which comes with the plate) is all vegan and delicious — it’s nice that you get to serve yourself so you can take what you need. This year they also had some smoothie popsicles that are vegan. The service is fast and friendly. This place is not to be missed!

good - Edit
My partner liked his falafel plate. I had their smoothies. Sadly they only use minimal fruit and use syrups and sugar. I was told by their staff that most places inCR do that. Shame.

It was so good! That’s my favourite Restaurant in this area! We had a falafel plate, which came with fresh chips and hummus. Once your plate is ready, you can help yourself with salads. We just loved it!!!

places that make me happy - Edit
Although is not fully vegetarian, the place offers a nice falafel platter which is very nice and fully vegan (I checked and they don’t fry the falafel with meat). I found the people super kind and happy. Will be back for sure. great smoothies too

NOT VEGETARIAN ! - Edit
Warning ! the falafels are cooked in the same oil than the chicken, and they don't want to serve pita & houmous without falafel, so there is nothing vegetarian. Please delete this address !!

Delicious falafel, pitas, and smoothies! - Edit
Falafel Bar was absolutely delicious! They are vegan friendly and have the most delicious smoothies! My boyfriend and I both had a mango banana smoothie and I had pine apple in mine too. They were fresh and delicious! We shared a hummus plate which had soo much hummus and was served with falafel. Then we each had a falafel pita that was absolutely delicious. And it was so much food I could not finish mine. My boyfriend had to eat the rest. We were so happy to find this place and enjoyed the food so much. It is not easy to find food that you know for sure is vegan in Costa Rica (especially with my choppy Spanish) but they pretty much all spoke english and were all very helpful when we asked questions about the food.
Read moreThe atmosphere is also so darn cute! Very hip, colorful, and just all around had great vibes. I will definitely be back to this place! The owner was so sweet and made sure that everything we ate was vegan. Our whole meal was only $25 and it was such high quality! Something like what we ate would have been around $30-$35 in the states.
Check this place out! We loved it. I'd give it 5 cows but happy cow won't let me because it is non-vegetarian.
Pros: Great food and smoothies, Wonderful atmosphere, Incredibly nice people
Cons: None! It was awesome.

Worth trying it - Edit
it sounds like they improved a lot since the last review because I ate there twice this week and I think the food was good and fast, the restaurant is pretty and big with a nice view. Wifi available. Just ask for no diary and they know already, only the red cabbage has some sort of mayo everything else is vegan. Get off the bus at "cafe Milagro" and it would be on you right.

Not very fast for Fast Food! - Edit
We're vegans and finding food in Costa Rica was hard, so we were really happy when we found this little hole in the wall place. Not much of an ambiance, very hot restaurant with no fans, no AC. Food takes forever to arrive! But as vegans we didn't have many options, so we settled for falafel wraps at this place. They were really good, but some of the toppings were not vegan and so we specifically told the girl not to put them on, and she did any way, and so we had to get her to remake our order. The wraps were delicious though. So if you don't mind the wait and the heat, go for this place! They're only open for lunch and are closed on Sundays and I think Mondays too!

Cons: Made mistakes in the order, Very slow service, Very hot restaurant
