Sugar-free vegan celebration? Go for a massive sushi cake! - Edit
We had an amazing experience by surprising our friend with one of these. She was genuinely gobsmacked when she saw the whole thing! (especially the vegetable carving which is amazing too!) We had the Vegan Katzu Cakey, and I have to say it filled us all up and then some (sushi has a reputation for being small and not too filling - not this time!) It's one of those unforgettable food experiences that has to be tried to really 'get it', and we all thought it was fab. The secret sauce that comes with the sushi cake is fabulous also, and there was enough of it to season noodles weeks after!
