Six vegan flavours - Edit
I had the vegan tortoise tracks ice cream, which was a chocolate base with pecans and caramel. It was one of six vegan flavours when I went. The employee serving me was very friendly and advised me that their cones were not vegan without having to ask. I found that the cup was a good serving size. It's a spacious modern venue and a good location for walking along the South Saskatchewan River.

I had the Prairie Berry Lavendar Ice Cream and an Americano. Both were excellent. I like thar everything they gave you to eat or drink with was either compostable or reusable.

I needed a vegan ice cream birthday cake - Edit
I couldn't find any place that could make me a vegan birthday cake on my first birthday after becoming vegan so I messaged Fable and stated my case. The staff were happy to help and said they were in the works of coming up with one. It was officially on their menu by the time my birthday arrived and it was so satisfying. It's a cute little shop and their ice cream is also great vegan or not.

The ice cream was super creamy and delicious. They only had one vegan flavor, and the serving was pretty small compared to the cone servings. I wish they'd had vegan cones available, but apparently not.

It's a pleasant little place with space inside to eat or outside on street benches.

Visiting the area on business and checked out this little location in a residential neighborhood. From what I gathered, it had recently opened, but it was hopping. They had 2 clearly marked vegan options available: Chocolate and Mint Chip. Homemade waffle cones are not vegan but they offer vegan cake cones.
