One of very few options in Swift Current

We drove through Swift Current on our way to Calgary and needed to stop for lunch. There was nothing listed on Happy Cow yet so I tried the local Chinese restaurant. Unfortunately, there were no tofu options, but I saw Extreme Pita next door and that had a few more options. I got a grain bowl (quinoa) with a bunch of vegetable toppings and falafel. There’s also a bubble tea shop next door; they weren’t sure whether their milk had dairy or not (they were confused in dairy vs. lactose) so we didn’t get milk tea but they had other stuff on the menu.

It’s fine. If you need lunch right off the highway, this will do it for you.
