Real mozzarella on my pizza 😥 - Edit
Real mozzarella was put on my vegan pizza, underneath the vegan cheese. I'd had a mouthful and realised. Made me feel so sick.
Read moreI contacted them and they sent a driver for it back to check as they didn't believe me. Then they didn't reply back (as they found that they had indeed put real cheese on). Messaged them a few days later and again no reply. Messaged again today and they just told me to move on and have blocked me. Really poor with no proper apology , no understanding of a vegan diet or food intolerance. It didn't even have the veg that it was supposed to have on it!
Sister restaurant to Grille and a few others so I would avoid them at all costs
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Really poor customer service, No respect for vegan diet, Blocked for pointing out their grave error!

We ate from here a while back after hearing they do a vegan pizza if you ask. It was a really nice pizza, I’m just not sure why they don’t advertise that they cater for vegans too.

Found this spot on here and took a chance that they would have the vegan cheese and I was not disappointed! It was so tasty and creamy! Finally a pizza with vegan cheese that doesn't do that horrible sticking to the roof of your mouth thing 😍 I can't believe they don't put it on their menu it's madness, but go and ask for it because I thought I'd never have a good pizza again as a vegan and they proved me wrong.

Saw on one of their Instagram posts that they had vegan cheese, so went to check it out. Really nice bar and friendly service. Please make sure you ask for vegan cheese as its not currently on the menu. Pizza was amazing! Think the cheese comes from a local independent vegan cheese maker, so it's a win win all round
