Got to try Evolve Bake shop at Dayton VegFest in June 2024 and wow!! Loved it. The Pineapple Upside Down cake was the perfect summery treat (absolutely *packed* with pineapples and cherries, and so moist). The owner Isa is super sweet and friendly, and passionate about what she does. I can’t wait to try some of her other treats, especially some of the ube-based treats!

First time trying this baker at the Dayton Vegfest. I only got one thing, but it was delightful - the biscoff cookie butter blondie. So moist and flavorful. I look forward to trying more treats in the future!

I was at an Asian popup in Columbus and they were there. They had a lot of different pastries but I got the Ube Brioche Bun which was awesome. It's very similar to a cinnamon roll.

this place is amazing. I got a pumpkin bread which was perfect not too sweet it wasn’t dry. It wasn’t stale tasting. My girls got the right combination of ingredients the pumpkin bread you got to try it. . I also tried the coconut crumb cake just when I thought it couldn’t get any better it did. It was nothing in the crumb cake that was overwhelming or had more flavor than any other part of it. Everything went together perfectly and at I just don’t know what else to say about this lady. She’s got it going on, hope to see her again and try the rest of her goodies. You should too.!!!!

I’m such a huge fan of Evolve! Everything I’ve had from Evolve has been incredible and they are so incredibly nice! The ube halaya bun is my absolute favorite and I’ve personally had it at least 10 times 😍

best vegan desserts in the Midwest - Edit
Menu changes seasonally and always has really interesting and unique desserts, everything is a lot lighter then most vegan desserts in the best way. Highly recommend!!!
