Excellent - Edit
We went here for breakfast and tried a mushroom noodle dish (around $2) and the iced coffee with soya milk (around $1.50). Everything was delicious and portion sizes were great.

Good and cheap local food - Edit
If you do not want to spend too much money and eat good local food, this restaurant should be your choice. We ate there a few times during our stay in Phnom Penh. Food is good for the money you pay. They have different soups, noodle and rice dishes, with a lot of mock meats and fish. I am not into those but the seitan is to die for! Some of the dishes of a bit greasy though and they serve a lot of fried foods.

Excellent place to come if you’re looking for a meat alternative. The fried pork was particularly delicious, one of the best pork imitations I have eaten and only $1.50.

Disappointed - Edit
Ordered the “chicken” nuggets and a noodle dish with a pineapple juice
Read moreThe noodle dish despite the picture showing lots of fresh colourful vegetables came out as just a plate of rice noodles. There was a few stray shavings of carrot and a few shreds of cabbage. There was no taste at all. It was really disappointing
This pineapple juice was WARM and half of the (small) glass was froth! I’m not quite sure what I paid $2.50 for. It was awful.
This review would have been two stars but the “chicken” nuggets saved it slightly. They weren’t nuggets like you’d expect but they were nice and had some flavour. They were also served with some salad bits which helped make up for the lack of greens in the noodles!
The service was also quite unfriendly. It might be because limited English was spoken but I don’t expect It to be but a smile surely is the same in every country?
Pros: Nice air con
Cons: Lack of vegetables! , Overpriced frothy juice, Service unfriendly

We ordered chicken nuggets and soy pork, and gyoza to share. The gyoza were a little oily but it was all really tasty. The crab soup was great and the yellow noodles very tasty. The complementary tea was hot and delicious. Would go again!!

Impeccable - Edit
This place is an oasis. It was spotless and air conditioned. The food was cheap and incredible. I had the steamed rice and veggie pork, and the fried mushrooms. They were excellent. My partner had the gyozas which I also enjoyed. Their exchange rate was fair , which I really appreciated. No inflation, though I only saw foreigners eating there.

Tasty good value for money - Edit
It's very cheap with some lovely dishes. It came with free cold/lukewarm chinese tea.
Read moreThe stand out dish was chicken nuggets, deep fried yummy goodness. The least impressive dish was the fake ribs, stringy meats with a strange mayo flavour and fresh bean sprouts. The daily dish of the day was fresh spring rolls which were refreshing with a lovely not to sweet dipping sauce. I enjoyed the crab soup, while it had a nice texture, it lacked flavour and needed soya sauce.
The fresh watermelon juice was also refreshing.
It was good value for money, 4 dishes and one drink for $13.50
Pros: good value for money, chicken nuggets, very extensive menu with a lot of fiery chilli sau
Cons: squat toilet

Lekker maar niet speciaal - Edit
Noodlesoup is redelijk. Veel noodles, veel mockmeat, beetje te weinig groente. Het varkensvlees op basis van soja was daarentegen erg lekker.

Novel fake meats, always tasty! - Edit
We live in Phnom Penh and are always excited to eat here when we are in the neighborhood. The noodle soup broths are not super flavorful, but they always come with a variety of interesting and delicious textures. And you can season the soup with the condiments at the table, which we often forget about. They have a lot of yummy fake meats that we have never seen in other places. My favorite dish is the Soy Pork - it has the delicious barbecue flavor (and sometimes the crunch) of Chinese roasted pork, but with a great seitan texture. Better than the actual pork from my memories! For $.50 they also have cheap fresh soy milk and aloe juice that isn’t overly sweet. On weekends, the $1 half sandwich is a decent appetizer.

Underwhelming - Edit
We must not have ordered the right dishes (one was a noodle soup and the other stir fry noodles), because we found the food a bit bland and underwhelming. The place was packed during lunch time though, which probably explains the slow service. Lots of choices and low prices.

Having lived in Cambodia for 3.5 years we are often in Phnom Penh and always eat here at least once on every visit. Lots of local food and great noodle soups, also seitan available which makes a change from tofu :) many dishes around $2
