Great Options for vegans

There was a broad variety of vegan dishes available. My favorite took me by surprise. The Gobi Manchurian (cauliflower in a spicy chili sauce) was a real hit.

Pros: Attentive wait staff , Food was hot and freshly prepared , Great flavor and spices.

Cons: Most the dishes had tomatoes in them (I don’t ea), No other cons
