Okay place, nothing too incredible, they sell mostly meat, so the overall smell was quite meat-y and not too enjoyable. I guess if it's less busy that wouldn't be an issue.
There are however quite menu options for different Tofu variants, soft and firm, tofu skin, dried and fresh, rolls etc. some mushrooms and a small selection of vegetables. I wish they would have more different vegetables.
The Shabu Shabu sauce itself was okay, I found it a little lacking and have had better ones.
Overall it was tasty, but quite heavy on the stomache. There are a few branches of Evaime in Bangok, the one at MBK was closed when we tried to go.
Huge menu with very interesting yuba/tofu based options, meatballs, ham. Yummy peanut (bean) sauce. All you can eat from the menu within 1.5h. Not too crowded. The mall itself is very stunning to walk around.
499 baht plus service charge and tax, 90 minutes to eat as much as you can. They will provide vegan sauces / dips so there is no questions asked about which dips are veggie friendly from the stand. I preferred the tofu options more than the mock meats which were a bit too realistic 😅 Really enjoyed this visit, so happy to be able to enjoy a good hot pot experience since becoming vegetarian.
They have other branches in Siam Paragon, Union Mall and MBK too.
