Found this spot via the helpful woman at Vegan Treats on Labor Day Sunday (9/5/21), highly recommended as comfort food. Picked up a called in order about 20 minutes later and ate in the nearby park. Ordered the P-burg and a Reuben. P-burg was really scrumptious but the Reuben was strangely too sweet I think it was the meat, needed some balance maybe with a stronger sauerkraut? I've been a fan of pepperoni since childhood and having lived without it for two decades I must try any type of vegan pepperoni -- EUREKA HAS THE BEST VEGAN PEPPERONI!!! I waited until getting home (2.5 hour drive later) to try it and dang, I wish I had picked up more than one stick. Chocolate chip cookies pretty tasty, there's something special in them I have yet to figure out what it is that makes them different.

We came here for lunch and everything was really good. Had keystone cheesesteak and eureka deli sandwich. Ended up taking bunch of cold cuts gone. Everything pretty good and 100% vegan.

We have been going there once a week since they opened and cannot say enough good things about their food. It is outstanding and delicious. All their seitan meatz, cheese, and side salads are made in house. Great people. THE BEST!!!

Finally a Deli. - Edit
Was having a conversation recently about the things I miss being abundant as a non-vegan, Deli’s being one of them. I miss being able to walk in to a store and order a sandwich made to order with whatever meat/cheese I wanted. This place is a perfect replacement for any deli, their mock meats and cheeses are splendid and indistinguishable from the actual thing. The staff is extremely friendly/welcoming and I was perfectly happy with my ‘Eureka Club’ which had Hamm, Turki, Bakin & Cheddar as their vegan substitutes. It was large as well, had it with a pickle and chips, saved half for later! Definitely will return and highly recommend if you’re ever in the area😄

Finally got here after hearing so many great reviews! Such a treat to get vegan subs and sandwiches and vegan deli slices of house made vegan meats and cheeses. Had the Adel E Sandwich which is like a reuben and the Americana-turkey, cheese, bacon, both delicious. We also got a bunch of sides including mac salad and potato salad and a couple "meats" to go. Super cute location too in a historic part of town. Thumbs up for vegans and non-vegans!

Fully vegan deli with made to order sandwiches and an impressive variety of sliced-to-order vegan deli (house-made mock meats/cheeses, eggless egg salad, cole slaw, potato salad, etc). The mock meats are delicious and the hoagies are served on excellent quality rolls.

There’s something very special about this place. The meats and cheeses are made in house at Eureka! Prices are extremely fair considering portion sizes and all organic ingredients. Ian and Lisa are the most adorable partnership too. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The atmosphere is really hip in a non trendy kind of way and located in a town worth foot exploration! If you can’t make it out to their establishment you can always order online. Really enjoyed our dinner here. Loved the modern, bright decor in the historic space. We had the Rueben, club, Mac & cheese, and chocolate ice cream and all were excellent. Our little one was very excited for the soft serve. Parking is metered street parking but after 5 it was free.

We were on our way back from a trip and looking somewhere vegan-friendly to eat. This place stuck out to us so we decided to go a bit out of the way and give it a try. I’m so glad we did because the food was delicious. The plant based “meats” were so good, not too salty or anything, and the cheeze was great too. We had a “Reuben” and a “ham and cheese”, would highly recommend either option. Mac and cheeze was delicious as well. They also sell dry mixes for their Mac and cheese in store, so I picked one up for later as well.

Amazing Vegan option right in Phillipsburg! A variety of options including hot ready to eat food and food to take home. Also the vegan soft serve was delicious 😋 They also have a lot of free informative pamphlets and magazine's. Definitely go and visit, the owners are super friendly 😊

We recently found this place online and went to check out Eureka. The owners and ppl there are so amazingly nice and helpful, and very giving when it comes to samples😄we ordered the kalifornia cheese steak and the Mac & cheeze and both were fantastic!! I was soooo impressed at how a vegan cheese steak can be!!! Definitely will return and continue to support Eureka!! Go and order and taste for yourselves, you won’t be disappointed!!!🤗👍🏻🥰

We stopped in after a kayaking trip and were amazed. I had the club sandwich. My husband had the dip and potato salad. We both had soft serve too. Everything was out of this world. I wish I lived closer because I’d eat there weekly if I could. Everyone was friendly and I loved the colorful atmosphere.

I was thrilled to find this on Happycow while visiting family in Easton. Throughout the years I’ve found decent vegan options in this area but this time was so excited to see that this all vegan deli had opened this year!
