I became vegan in 2012 after being vegetarian for nearly 30 years. I’m the creator of Punk Rope (punkrope.com) and Beastanetics Boot Camp. I’m also a rock ‘n’ roll DJ (Two Tone Timmy) and have written a few books including Erotic New York. Recently, I’ve been interested in the potential for nonviolent communication to make our world a happier and more peaceful place.
