Highest level of culinary experience

The vegan 5 courses meal was outstanding, all dishes were prepared with a lot of care in the presentation and an harmony of unusual flavors. Service was flawless for the 2h of the meal. I would definetly recommend going there if you have the chance, it's one of the Michelin stared restaurant that is worth a try.

Great experience

We went there for my birthday and it was a really nice experience. We asked for a vegan tasting menu so we had the chance to try a lot of different flavors. The desert were also delicious.
Just a few things:
- the amuse bouche was served on a plate full of (empty) sea shells - not so vegan :/
- Also I do not eat fry food and a few dishes were fried, so just be aware of that.
- And finally they use quite a lot of truffle mushroom - so the menu is more « plant based » than vegan.

Pros: Finally a full plant based tasting menu !, Great to discover new flavors, Cosy place

Cons: Not vegan but plant based

Delicious

Everything was perfect. So happy to be able to enjoy a fine dining experience as a vegetarian. I had the 5 course meal “symphonie” which was very filling, and extremely creative. You can see the chef preparing your meals as the kitchen is open. The staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Everything that you can expect from a Michelin starred restaurant. Would definitely recommend! (Opposed to other reviews, I found the staff very professional and courteous, considering this is a very fancy restaurant)

Pros: 5 delicious courses , Open kitchen, you can see the chef cooking, Knowledgeable waiters

vegan fine dining

Every single course was delicious, and no dairy is used in the kitchen so even the breads were wonderful to have. A great place to go if you are looking to celebrate in Paris with non-vegan friends and family.

Pros: incredible vegan fine dining

Cons: wait staff weren’t very friendly

A formal restaurant serving one vegan course

An elegant restaurant by a Japanese chef, specialized in French cuisine.

Some dishes were excellent, but I find most dishes to be too focused in presentation, not a harmony of each dishes.

I especially liked their bread with peanuts and grilled veggies (chou romanesque).

The chef is a gentle Japanese man, and two kitchen staffs were also Japanese.
There was only one waiter, who seems to be French. I just wish they hire someone more friendly and professional, who understands a bit more about Japanese culture.

We ordered their vegan menu called Symphony and it took about 1.5 hours to compelete everything. (I had expected to take a little longer and a little better service).

The dessert was matcha ice cream with chocolate. Matcha did not have a good flavor and chocolate was too dry.

Another downside, is that as this is not a vegan restaurant, the first scent of the restaurant was a fishy smell. It is a small restaurant and kitchen being completely open to the restaurant floor, this might not be easy to avoid.

Really good food

Spending 10 days in Paris, this was the only restaurant that served really good vegan food. I had the 5 course symphony menu which had well balanced tastes and some really good items, including the main course based on the wild mushroom ”Boletus edulis” (stensopp in swedish) and one of the best vegan desserts I have ever tasted. For the starter we were given the opportunity to add genuine white truffel which was a first for me. (They charged 40€ for that but it was actually woth it).

Pros: Nice lighting and calm environment, Open view to the kithchen , Great food

Cons: Slightly strict staff
