THE brunch place in Munich. - Edit
Ethish in München is a paradise for vegan food lovers, and every dish we tried was out of this world. The Soja Hack Burek was an absolute masterpiece—light, crispy, and packed with bold, savory flavors. And the Veta Spinat Burek was just as incredible, with its tender spinach and creamy vegan feta. Both bureks came with the best coleslaw I’ve ever had—fresh, crunchy, and perfectly balanced. But what really took it to the next level was the red pepper dip that accompanied them. It was insaaane - rich, smoky, and bursting with flavor, the perfect complement to the delicate bureks.

The Schokobirne was indulgent and rich, but nothing could prepare me for the Salty Mango. This dessert was an absolute revelation—so light and perfectly balanced, with a blend of salty and sweet that left me completely speechless. It’s hands down the best dessert I’ve ever tasted.
Ethish is not just a restaurant—it’s a full experience. The cozy, warm atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the insanely delicious food make it a must-visit spot in München. I can’t wait to return and try their bowls!

Good food, but sells out quickly - Edit
I enjoyed the cigköfte wrap and the potato borek, but unfortunately that was almost all they had left by the time I got there around 14:00. I recommend showing up early!

Ein äußerst charmantes Restaurant mit einem freundlichen Personal🥰 Meine Freundin und ich haben das Gleiche bestellt: Borek mit Spinat und Feta, dazu frischen Orangensaft. Das Essen war köstlich, wenn auch ein wenig fettig – wohl bemerkt, wir essen normalerweise keine fettige Speisen. Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden und satt. Besonders erfreulich war die kleine Überraschung: die Trinkhalme für den Saft waren aus Reis gefertigt 😍

Sehr schöner Laden mit super lieben Personal. Hatte die Aladin Bowl, war sehr lecker wenn auch nicht ganz billig. Dafür ist die Portion so groß, dass man gut satt wird und es wirkt alles handgemacht! Werde definitiv wieder kommen, um die Kuchen zu probieren, haben ebenfalls sehr lecker ausgesehen🥰
